Stationery
1. We are happy to send one sample free of charge to enable you to see the quality of the work we produce.
If you would like to see some samples with your own choice of colours and typefaces we can do this by preparing a .pdf file and sending to your email address, again free of charge, with a maximum of three ‘samples’.
We are happy to produce hard copy samples at a charge of £10, and this amount will be deducted from your wedding stationery order. Payment can be made by credit or debit card, and samples will be with you within 7 days. Please let us know if your sample is needed more urgently.
By purchasing a tailored sample we ask you to confirm that it is for your own personal use and will not be copied by yourself or a third party.
This will be refunded if an order is placed.
2 In most cases you will advise us of all your details by email. An order form will be sent with the samples for you to complete with all the necessary details. Please make sure that all words and names are spelt correctly. You are responsible for the proofreading of all text and copy in the proofs supplied. We will not begin production until we have received signed proofs from you.
3 It is your responsibility to get permission for any copyright material, for example hymns or poems that are to feature in the stationery.
4 .Upon receipt of an order, duplicate proofs of each piece of stationery will be sent to you for approval. We ask you to check these thoroughly and when you are perfectly happy, to sign and return one copy of each piece to us, as confirmation that all the details are correct. You will then have a copy to compare against the finished article. If there are any variations at all from the original we will be in touch with you to obtain your approval.
5. If at all possible, we prefer any guest list, addresses or special wording you provide to be in a typed format and preferably by email.
We will accept any details supplied in this way as full approval that the information you have given us is correct. Once printed any mistakes cannot be rectified without a charge.
6. Upon confirmation of the proof, a 50% deposit is required prior to commencement of your order. Please make cheques payable to Green Dreams LLP. Payment can also be made by credit or debit card. Call 01536 260038.
7.Once an order has been started, any cancellation may be subject to loss of the deposit.
